Central West Rugby Union
Central West Rugby provides competitions for clubs from a wide variety of cities and towns throughout the Central West of NSW. The three tier competition structure ensures a high standard of play is maintained, whilst ensuring a competivie structure.
The Blowes Clothing Cup is contested by teams from Dubbo Kangaroos, Narromine Gorillas, Mudgee Wombats, Parkes Boars, Forbes Platypi, Cowra Eagles, Orange City Lions, Orange Emus, Bathurst Bulldogs and CSU Bathurst.
The GrainCorp Cup Competitions are for the smaller Clubs. The Northern GrainCorp Cup has teams from Yeoval, Wellington, Guerie, Trangie, Coolah, Coonabarabran & Dubbo Rhinos participating. The Southern GrainCorp Cup has teams from Blayney, Canowindra, CSU Orange, Grenfell, Molong, Cumnock, Condobolin, and West Wyalong participating
Central West Womens Rugby is a strongly contested 10’s competition. Teamsfrom Orange Emus, CSU Ewes and Cowra contest this hot competition.
Central West Rugby enjoys a proud tradition amongst other country zones and competes for the Caldwell Cup in the NSW Country Championships.
Central West Rugby is administered by a Board, overseen by a CEO, and monthly Board meetings are conducted at the Union Bank in Orange.
